It really depends. I've had orders arrive in a few days, but I've also had them take over a week. They do require a signature though, so make sure someone's home.

Are their wines actually better than like, Total Wine or even just a good local shop? Or is it more for convenience?

Totally different vibe. WineAccess focuses on expert-curated stuff, often from smaller vineyards or rare finds you wouldn't see at Total Wine. It's less about volume, more about unique, higher-quality selections.

I think of it as finding stuff I'd never discover on my own. Total Wine has a massive selection but it's not as curated. WineAccess feels more like having a sommelier pick things for you, if that makes sense.
